2. Advertising Services

2.1 Placement : The Publisher agrees to display the Advertiser’s advertisements on its website or through other agreed-upon digital platforms.

2.2 Content Approval : All advertisements must be approved by the Publisher prior to publication. The Publisher reserves the right to reject any advertisement that violates its policies, Microsoft Ads guidelines, or applicable laws.

2.3 Compliance : Advertisements must comply with Microsoft Ads policies, including but not limited to:

• Prohibition of misleading or deceptive content.
• Prohibition of discriminatory or harmful content.
• Compliance with copyright and trademark laws.

3. Payment Terms

3.1 Fees : The Advertiser agrees to pay the Publisher the agreed-upon fees for advertising services. Payment terms are as follows:

6. Indemnification

6.1 The Advertiser agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Publisher, its officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of or related to:

• The content of the Advertisement.
• Any breach of this Agreement by the Advertiser.

7. Limitation of Liability

7.1 In no event shall the Publisher be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to this Agreement.

7.2 The Publisher’s total liability under this Agreement shall not exceed the total fees paid by the Advertiser during the preceding [X] months.

8. Confidentiality
